Culture and Values
Factory Audit
Each Manufacturer is assessed by one of our auditors based on their
manufacturing capabilities, quality system, and social standards. It
confirms that their organization and quality system is in place and
effective. We also evaluate risks associated with potential suppliers, such
as a non-existent quality system, no maintenance, inadequate
equipment, missing certificates, incorrect or false information given, etc.
Supplier Deep Dive
We utilize various types of information sources and rigorous
analysis methods in order to evaluate the reliability, strengths
and weaknesses, and capacity of a manufacturer.
Every manufacturer in the Topformer network is an expert in
their domain: we closely examine their offered services and
product expertise. We typically only advance candidates with
exceptional results in this phase.
Test Projects
Each candidate is assigned a test project to evaluate
whether they can “walk the walk.” Test projects are
comprehensive and provide real-world scenarios for
candidates to demonstrate their competence,
thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity.
