Clara is an energetic apparel engineer who has lived and worked in Germany, China, Brazil, Pakistan, and Bangladesh over the years. She has a passion for both the garment industry and intercultural collaborations, as well as having a goal of contributing towards a sustainable transformation in the global apparel industry. Over the years, Clara has built up in-depth insights into the buying and sourcing processes within the global apparel industry. She has worked with startups, medium and large enterprises across the world on the buying, product development, and sourcing sides. This variety of roles gave Clara insight into many core aspects of the fashion industry. Included in her technical know-how is a specialization in sportswear and circular knit. At Topformer, she works with the aim of connecting fashion brands with the top 3% of manufacturers worldwide in her role as a Manufacturer Screening Manager.
